Default 2000 ram 4x4 driveshaft/rear help

I blew my 3.55 rear end and my driveshaft broke at the ujoint as well as broke the flange. It slid out and the beast crept home in fwd. Breaking the rear completely I swapped axles already but in the original breakage the driveshaft flange went missing. I still have the slipyoke and shift but i can't get it balanced or pressed until i find this part! Can I use Spicer 2-2-1379? I've looked all OVER the Internet and cannot get the straight answer(besides it being a Ford part). I need it as it is my last step to the road. I will be so appreciative. ..i can swap an axle but i can't find the answer!

Here is all the info. you'll need on Spicer flange yokes. Might be able to get one from a JY, or a good driveshaft shop should be able to fix you up.

Might be able to get the whole driveshaft from the yard as well, and it would probably end up being cheaper.

That's actually reasonable.

Think I would still check the local yards. I picked up a complete two-piece driveshaft for a chevy I was working on for 30 bucks.
