Unhappy Long Start

1997 Ram 1500 5.2L
Ive been experiencing long starts after the truck has been sitting (10+ hrs) and it cranks easily and vigorous but takes about 5 sec to fire. I just did a tune up on it a couple months ago (new dist. cap, rotor , plug wires and plugs, cam sensor and Crank sensor) ive also have been having issuses with the EVAP system. (new gas cap, Vapor canister, purge solenoid and even a new vac line even a new fuel pump due to the old one failing after 215,000 miles) i did change the solenoid before the canister so maybe charcoal got into the solenoid and ruined it? I also recently pulled off the crankcase breather do to loss of power and found it is clogged by a mouse and cleaned it the best i could (will replace). Would a bad PCV valve cause all of this?
Only code being thrown is P0441 (Incorrect Purge Flow)
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

try and start off with your foot on the throttle see if it starts faster, and get the fuel pressure tested it may be a bad regulator or a weak fuel pump

Yup them are the culprits. surprised so many dodge owners don't know these things :/ all my dodge trucks have had this happen at some point or another... Sending unit or regulator becoming weak creating long crank.

I know about that because it has happened before. I changed the entire fuel pump assembly so all of that is new. Even when I prime the fuel pump (turn key on 3-4 times) it doesn't help which leads me to believe it is something else. Possibly a leaky injector? If it was the pump pressure regulator you think it would start right up after the prime.
Thanks!

I got a dodge oem one from the dealer. I am starting to think you guys are right and I am going to replace the fuel regulator. I think I got a faulty one. I'm going to check with dealer for the warranty first.

Check pressure before condemning the pump. See what ya get there.

Slow starts could be failing crank sensor, weak coil, fouled plugs, or a selection of other problems as well.

I recently had my fuel pump go bad, I replaced it with the airtex module. Replaced the solenoid, vapor canister and blew out all the lines. My Truck is sporadic with the long crank issue. Some mornings after sitting all night it cranks right over, and other times it takes 5 seconds for it to finally fire up. At my delivery job, if it's slow between deliveries it will do it again with maybe 2 to 3 hours of sitting.
