O2 sensor P1195
My truck is throwing 3 different codes,
P0442- evap emissions leak detected (small)
P0455- evap emissions leak detected (large)
P1195- O2 slow during catalyst monitor
The small leak I've had for a while, the large and o2 codes are new...within the past 6 months.
Would these cause the truck to die? It lost all power, I was able to coast to park it, it spit and sputtered then died. I cranked it and it spit and sputtered more trying to start but didn't. I turned the key off and looked under the hood and tried it again. Except now it doesn't spit or sputter at all.
Would a bad fuel pump throw a code?
Thanks

I also checked the service port on the fuel rail and I've got no pressure or anything coming out. I'm starting to lean towards fuel pump. But when those go out I've always heard of them still working occasionally, maybe after the truck sits for a bit...is that correct? Is there a way to know for sure the pump is bad before replacing?

Thump on the bottom of the gas tank, see if the truck starts.
Fuel pump won't throw a code. (aside from a lean running engine code... maybe.)
Local parts store should be able to rent you a pressure gauge. Put it on there, see what ya get.
Do you hear the fuel pump prime at all? If not, try swapping the fuel pump relay, with another one in the PDC. (behind the battery, under the hood) If you still have no pressure, time for a new pump. Do NOT buy the airtex pump, unless you LIKE changing fuel pumps...
And.. If your gas tank is over half a tank, that increases the odds of it being the fuel pump.
