Red face Newby Gotta Few Questions

First post so bare with me i picked up my 95 Dodge Ram Laramie SLT Sport 2wd for $1325 a few weeks ago and im trying to get my thoughts and ideas all together so i can make the ole boy real purty lol. So i want to put oe style rims on it either the flowered style 3rd gen or the 4th gen 5 spokes are there any fitmant issues that need to be addressed or is it a direct fit? Next i want to lower it it seems leveled have'nt checked on that yet so whats the best lowering kit and whats a good height to go to i was thinking 2/3in drop or will a 1- 1 1/4 be better and finally are there any plug n play hallogens for my truck LMC Truck says hallogens wont work with the sport package i dont know why but i would love to have a set. Thanks for any help and im sorry for all the wording i didnt want 4 post for 4 simple questions. Again thanks for any help and direction.

You have a 95, so, the sport package is irrelevant for headlights. It became an issue in 98, when the sports went to the four bulb configuration. Before that, all the headlights are the same.

I think the center holes on the newer rims may need some machining to clear the hub centers. But, that is a 'do it once, and yer done' operation. Many folks have 3rd/4th gen rims on their 2nd gen trucks.

No clue on lowering. I have a 4x4, so, not exactly something I had considered/researched.
