Ya it's quiet. But you can hear it near the end. What could that be?

Plenum issues can cause some noises just like that (see Plenum sticky at top of tech section).

Best bet is to fix that first, pull valve covers while you're there and check for anything that's loose, go from there.

Some don't like this method but a can or two of Seafoam through the brake booster may help as well

Okay. Through the brake booster why not just through the intake. And I guess could the black smoke be from some old plugs cap and rotor or would it be a sensor issue?

you go through the vacuum line on the booster, I do it to every one of my vehicles (when working for GM we had a stuff they put out that was done the same way)

My plenum is not fixed. Could spark knock really be that loud. To me it sounds like metal on metal

Yep. Spark knock can sound a LOT like marbles in a tin can, that someone is shaking REALLY hard. That is BAD for your engine. Likes to do nasty things like blow holes in them, shatter them, blow ring lands off, etc.

I will buy the plenum on my next pay check I guess. I was looking at the plenum sticky and it had I think it was the pcv that was leaking oil to is that something I should be thinking about fixing as well?

Get one from the dealer, they actually have the correct flow rate.....
