Default 1998 12V cummins tuners

Hey y'all, just got my first cummins today, i am more familiar with the 98+24V more or less on the computer programming side, but was wondering if anyone knew of any programmers for a 12V?

Also was wondering if anyone has a owners manual for a 1998 RAM 3500 Quad Cab 2x4 5 spd. 12V

please lemme know.

Doing your fuel plate will yield good power results, swapping for better injectors too. Get a 4 inch turbo back exhaust (or cat back which ever you prefer) and do away with the stock air filter box. Don't forget about the killer dowel pin and be aware of the 5th gear nut issue too. That's a pretty good start for you there.

also one more question, my seat belt light stays lit, i looked under the the seat to check out the connection and the two connectors are totally different, went to Rocky Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and had the build list pulled turned out the truck had power leather seats but someone took those out and put in regular seats, my questions being is i heard if I complete the circuit the light will go out when its suppose too, well the seat belt obviously built into the chair has its connector but is different if I can just find the right wire(s) I can make the seat belts active again and the light go out. if anyone has a wire diagram of the seat connectors please send me a PM and ill send u my e-mail address just so I can get this light to go out. also need the belt to work correctly so I can program a new remote for RKE.

thanks in advance

You can download the 98 service manual from this thread. Wiring diagrams are in there.
