Exclamation 2002 5.9l 360 evap

I've got a 2002 ram 2500 with the 5.9 gas and I have an evap code coming up. Any thoughts on what it could be. I've checked over everything and found the air box wasn't mounted right, so I fixed it, and found a evap purge line was cracked so I replaced it. I reset the computer multiple times, but the light keeps coming back on after a day or so. The truck runs just fine, but the check engine light is getting annoying.

Welcome to DF.

Telling us just what code you are getting would help......

Evap leak detected. I've checked everything and nothing seems to be leaking or damaged or loose

I was having the same issue, found one of the vacuum lines on the passenger side up at the firewall broken. Look really close at all of the vac lines. I also had the same symptoms.

I haven't been able to find any cracks or broken hoses. The only thing I've found is the small line on the top of the charcoal canister comes off pretty easy. All the other lines like it take some doings to get the lines off.

How's your gas cap? Even that can set an evap code.
