Default Installed projector headlights. Now have turn signal issues, when the lights are on.

I have a 97 ram 1500 sport. I installed spyder projector headlights and I have had a few issues since. The main issue is that when I have the lights on the turn signal is extremely slow. The turn signal will be on for about 4 seconds then off briefly then back on for 4 seconds. When the lights are off the turn signal is slower than it used to be but not really an issue. Also the fog lights no longer want to turn on when i try to turn them on. Not sure if the issues are related.

These are the headlights I installed.

Thanks.
