engine to transmission strut

Default engine to transmission strut

Does anyone have a picture of engine to transmission strut?? and where its located. Im getting ready to change oil pan gasket and also possibly the front seal not sure where its leaking from. I will clean area 1st and then determine.

Goes from the motor mount, to the bellhousing. Should be one on each side.

thanks.. also is there any advantage when doing oil pan gasket vs front crank seal in removing either one or are they totally separate

you can do each separate if you so desire. the front crank seal is in the timing cover. but the timing cover has two bolts that go through the front of the oil pan so be aware.
