Default popping noise out through throttle body at start up

ive had my 01 ram 5.9 4x4 for about 2 years now and within the last few months it has started off once a week to now every time I shut it down for more than 10 mins. it starts fine but after about a quarter of a km its lose power and start making a popping noise and hesitating, ill let off and if I slowly accelerate it will pop again but if I hammer down on it, itll take off and once I let off it loses power and pops again and if I come to a stop it will idle really low just about to die this will only happen for about 5 mins after start up.

truck has 173000 km , new plugs wires cap and rotor iac replaced about 6 months ago

i don't have a clue what is causing this only after start up once it clears
up it will not hesitate or pop again

any help would be really appreciated

thanks adam

Disconnect the front O2 sensor, go for a drive. If the problem is gone, replace the sensor.

O2 sensor won't always set a code..... even though it may be lieing thru its teeth, so long as the PCM is getting some variety of varying signal, so far as it is concerned, its 'working'.
