I have this cel for a no cluster bus message and I just pulled my dash part for my lights. Would something not be totally connected?

I think something isn't plugged in quite tight.

I also have the code 1281, engine cold for too long. I swapped out my t stat for 195 and it has gotten up to operating temp. Do I need to reset the computer or is something else wrong still?

Just clear the code. if it comes back, I would recheck your thermostat.
