The shafts should be the same, just need to remove the speedometer drive gear from the older t-case output shaft and install it on the newer one and use the older tailhousing. The speedometer drive gear on the output shaft has a couple different places it could go, so just pay attention to which groove the snap rings are in. I haven't cracked open a newer case to see if the shafts are still machined for the snap rings, but if not the shaft will swap over.

Well found out the front driveshaft center joint worn out and caused the t-case to bust ! Got a rebuilt one for $325 + $50 for 3 new precision u-joints and everything is back in and ready to go !
