Bosch..... Yeah. These trucks simply do not like the bosch sensors. NTK or Denso only. Any other just cause more problems than you are trying to solve.

ok, I will try the ntk sensor should I replace the upstream one also? About the heater should it only have 12 volts for a second right when ignition is turned on or should it stay on longer? Also forgot to mention that the short term fuel trim for downstream sensor says 99% and doesn't move dont know if that has anything to do with this or not. Thanks

Yeah, replace 'em both. Heater circuit should see 12 volts for at least a few minutes.

ok, the auto shut down relay sends 12 volts for only a second when ignition is turned on with the sensor unplugged will it turn on longer with the sensor plugged in or is there a problem?

ASD relay is only on for a few seconds at initial key on, after that, the PCM needs to see the engine turning it to leave it on.
