Exclamation i need help

ok this is crazy,, first off all the symptoms would seem as if the ipc would be bad but i dont think this truck has one. i am working on a 96 ram gas v8, ok first off if you put the car in park the truck will stall, will start in nuetral but as soon as you put in park it sputters and stalls, when it does start it does run but rough, i notice the oil pressure gauge drops every now and then and it trys to die, only code showing is a bank 1 sensor 2 o2 sensor so im shying away from erg, tps, iac etc, and i know a o2 wont do all this,i have also notice an amount of blow by smoke but no knocks no tick, on ford the ipc valve sticks blows out allowing oil into the fuel and allowing drops in oil pressure causing all these symptoms, im going to do a compression check to check for intake leaks etc but i doubt it,, the problem seems intermitant cutting in an out. suggestions please

Does the idle smooth out if you put it back in neutral?

ok they roughness after getting warm i do believe is coming from the o2 sensor,,, but this what i cant figure out,,, in neutral runs great, most of the time you can shift into drive no problem but every now and then when you shift into reverse it will die, but EVERY time you put it into park it dies,, if you start it in park it will run a sec and die every time if you try and keep it running it sounds out of time

Any of the problems go away if you leave the front O2 sensor disconnected?

Plenum been fixed?

Clean the throttle body, paying particular attention to the IAC bore. (be sure and leave the battery disconnected while doing so.)

If that doesn't help, REPLACE the IAC.

I would also replace the front O2 sensor, 'just because'. If it has over about 60K miles on it, it's time anyway. Stay away from Bosch O2 sensors, our trucks don't seem to like them.

Wires rubbed through in the column or under truck near the shift linkage?

I'd be curious to know if the torque converter clutch is hung (engaged when it should not be).
