Would my subwoofer wires work? I'm at a loss for a good connection, any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

i wouldn't use the radio circuits. tap one of the fuses in the power box beside the battery, and use it to power relay(s). fans draw a lot of amps.

I tapped into the fuel pump feed... To power the thermostat... Which controls a relay on the ground of the e-fan, which got a direct powered (fused) feed from the battery.

I figured that way the fan would get plenty of power from the battery, which gets spent by the fan so the relay isn't over-taxed.
