I looked in the FSM, I cant tell what would be the abs power on supply. Could I tap into the junction box or PDC? Or the fused ignition switch output? ...Dumb question but couldn't I tap into any wire that has power when the key is turned on, as long as it has constant power to it? I have this relay right beside my fuse box that is red and is crimped at the end and isn't connected to anything. If there is power to that wire constantly, could I use that for power?

If you are just running relays with that wire, then yeah, any switched ignition circuit will work. If you actually want to run the lights from that wire.... then no, the power draw will probably suck the fuse in short order. (or, if not right away, then at the least opportune moment.....)

Just get out your voltometer and start probing until you find a wire that shows ~12v with the key on.
