I will check out the plugs although I did find a slip they where changed 8K miles ago but I am assuming the plugwire loom is original, might invest in both and hopefully going on the scanner in the AM..I found an old post with another driver with a dually had the exact same issue but lost the post lol

Its not a bad idea, IMO, to replace the parts of the ignition process. Plugs/wires/distributor/cap/injectors.. I like to know certain things are exactly as they should be.

Minus fuel injectors. I agree with this. Also those parts all together are right around 50 bucks so inexpensive.

Update
had it scanned no codes came up, even shut down each cylinder to check injectors all good, cleaned the IAT, cleaned the throttle plates and bore, checked most spark plugs they looked they came out of the box
It still has the very small vibration but I did notice one thing at least what it read on the Tach in the truck was 450rpm at idle but if i brought the idle alittle the vibration went away, I should of checked the actual rpm when plugged into the scanner I remember seeing a desired rpm of 738 but did check actual...possible issue??

That sounds too low..... and may indeed be the issue. Wonder why the PCM isn't bringing it up some.....

450 does sound a bit low.
How's the condition of the battery.? My truck doesn't always start, idle, or high-idle right, when battery is getting weak. Worth checking at least.
