Default help with my 01 ram

So. Last night i was changing my battery and alternator fuse, and like an idiot i put the negative terminal on the postive end and saw the sparks. And immediately took it off and knew i messed up. Motor and starting wise its fine, no blown fuses, but the entire instrument cluster does not work, no check lights, no back lights, no guages or odometer work at all, the radio clock works but the radio itself does not either Any help?

Check the fuses in the power distribution center, AND the ones in the fuse block on the drivers side of the dash. I suspect you blew a couple.
