Default Tcase and companion flange nut help

alright guys I cant get the nut off the the companion flange on my Tcase, I realize its torqued to 100 but dang, any ideas?

also found a magnet and 2 small metal bits connected to the filter via the magnet

Probably going to need an impact wrench to get the nut off....... May be able to rent an electric from the parts store... Or, take it to a shop, and slip someone ten bucks to buzz it off right quick.

No idea what those are....

my IR impact wouldn't take it off, maybe I don't have enough air.
I did find something that remotely resembles them in the manual, I believe they're synchronizer struts for the synchronizer hub. Hard telling from the **** poor pictures listed
