Default P0306 possible head cracked

Worried my head is cracked truck is a 96 ram 2500 5.9 4.10's 33's paid a 100 bucks for it best 100 bucks I ever spent it's my first vehicle I have been working on dirtbikes and quads my whole life I have been working in a car shop for over a year and I learned a lot of stuff so I know a what I'm talking about for most part I have replaced my plenum gasket intake gaskets PVC valve swapped injectors plugs wires everything I can't seem to get rid of this misfire it's will only do it at idle or under load if I hold the steady for a couple seconds it did not misfire before the truck sat for 5 years in the mountain of pa drove it home (4 hours) and it made it no problem started up and ran perfect after not running for so long changed the oil and all this stuff started happening (I did all the work once I brang the truck home to my work) any suggestions will help thank again

Have you pulled the plug on that cylinder to see what it looks like after running? How about a compression test?

Yes all gray ish just how they should be and compression is a little lower then the rest but not too off

Wait but that wouldn't matter I'm watching the misfire counter on a scanner it only counts at idle not on the throttle

I believe cyl 6. Was around 100 ish and cylinder 8. Was 120 ish
