99 1500 rear abs problem
so I always keep the brakes in perfect working order and they always work great. Last week I noticed the truck pulling a little to the left if I used the brake a little hard. Then when it rained, I got a sudden red light and the left rear locked up and the rear end tried to swing around. I managed to stop. So I changed the rear wheel cylinders, and installed new shoes and hardware, bled the brakes and all was fine.
Then today, it happens again...I can easily lock up the left rear wheel with a decent hit on the pedal. The truck pulls to the left. I called around, and explained this to a couple guys locally, and one said the rear anti lock brake valve, and the dodge dealer said upper and lower rear axle vent.....any ideas before I get ripped off? LOL
any info much appreciated!

Upper and lower axle vent? What????
Re-bleed the rears, make sure they are both adjusted equally. The rears are single circuit, I.E. Only one line going back there, so, ABS has nothing to do with your issue. (and the RWAL isn't worth spit anyway.) If you haven't already, get the drums turned, or, replace them with new.
