If you are just going to sell it relatively soon, go ahead with the reman heads.

I think a 'head set' will come with all the gaskets you need. Verify that though....

You will also need:

Cleaning supplies..... brake cleaner works good, paper towels or rags, stuff to clean gasket surfaces..... scraper, et. al.

Got a couple torque wrenches? One for inch pounds, and another for the heavier stuff?

Holy smokes. $ adds up fast. W/new heads and all the other crap I should take care of Im up around $1100 in parts and fluids. Not including the radiator, cat and o2 sensor.
I think I will need to go w/reman. heads to save a little $.

Yeah, that should save you a couple hundred. The remans are a dime a dozen. Of course, they want your old ones back.... but, they give you boxes, and pay for shipping. (I think)
