Default suspension issue

I have a 98 Dodge Ram 1500.I recently installed a 5 inch Rough Country lift kit. I am now experiencing binding while turning sharply at low speeds almost like im in four wheel drive, I can feel it more when turning left

Don't think I would wait. You made some radical changes there, and it all needs to be correctly set up (aligned) to play nice.

Welcome to DF!

The other thing I forgot to mention is the rubber breather hose on top of the 4wd actuator on the front axle is not hooked up

That shouldn't matter, so long as the t-case isn't in 4wd.....

I jacked the front end up and the tires turn smoothly so it is not in 4wd, drivers side wheel bearing has some play in it as well

They are prolly gonna want you to replace that before they can do the alignment.

Just a guess here, but did you put wider tires on as well with the lift? Kinda sounds like the tires are rubbing the control arms.
