Default 47re torque converter won't lock up

I was driving my truck the other day and everything was fine. I went to a customers house to pick up there truck to service it. When i dropped there truck back off and headed home in mine my truck shifted through all 4 gears but would not lock up. I then ordered the O/D and TCC solenoid and replaced that still nothing won't lock up. I have a manual lock up switch installed i tryed flipping the switch to override the computer to make it lock up nothing. Would hate to go buy a torque converter and pull tranny for it not to fix the issue. If anyone here has experience with the 47re and there converters any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

Keep in mind, the computer controls the ground side of the circuit. Do you have it wired properly? (sorry, need to ask, just to be sure.)

Before condemning the torque converter, I would be tempted to test the solenoid where I could actually see it...... and verify you were getting hydraulic pressure on that circuit. (providing there is a test port for it.... which, I am not sure.)

Are you getting any codes?
