Yep, entirely possible. If it hasn't been addressed yet, good chance that it is at least part of the problem.

Ok so I pulled the intake and re did the plenum gasket and the intake gaskets to make sure that wasn't my problem and it still dose the same ****

Does it start doing it immediately at startup? Or, does it take about two minutes for it to start misbehaving?

It's fine on a cold start..takes about 5 minutes until it starts acting up

How old are your O2 sensors? If they are new, what brand?

The upper is brand new it's bosh o.e. replacement. .the lower is original from 1996

There's one problem... they don't like Bosch sensors... get an NGK O2 sensor.

Just unplug the upstream sensor . You will get a CEL for it but the PCM will run on preset perimeters and should run just fine , if the sensor is an issue . Bosch is certainly hit and miss with OBDII magnum engines .

Ok I replaced both the o2 sensors with ngk o2 sensors and it still dose the same ****
