Oh, as an alternative for the 3rd brake light seal;
A thin film of grease on the body, a bead of silicone on the perimeter of the light housing (1/8" bead should be good), and install the light... do the screws down each side little at a time to keep it even, and stop as soon as you feel it getting a little firm and ooze the silicone out the side... leave it 24hrs for the silicone to set up... remove the light and wipe off the grease... install the light and tighten the screws.
