hi everyone I have a 1994 ram 1500 turbo built short block iron ram heads mp intake t72 turbo I tried to get my holley hp efi to work with no luck now I think I will try mega squirt I just don't know witch one to get

Depends on how much work you want to do, and if you want sequential fuel injection..... Its a DIY prospect on the MS3, but, the other one already has that capability. Of course, it also has the capability for 8 coils...... (coil near plug) which you don't need. Have a look here for a comparison.
