Default Fuel Pump Issue on 98 Ram 5.2L 316

So here's what I got goin on; my truck bogged down a few days ago after trying to start my truck once returning to it from shopping. Myself and some friends were able to figure out that it was a fuel issue. We found that the fuel pump wasn't working anymore so I bought a new fuel pump and installed it and changed out the fuel pump relay. Went to try and start it and the pump still isn't pumping gas...what do you think that the issues may be? Any other sources of power that could be the issue? Anyone else run into this issue?

Do you hear the pump prime when you first turn the key on?

Got a volt meter? Start tracing the circuit, and find out where you are losing power. You can download the factory service manual from this thread, wiring diagrams are in section 8W.
