Default '01 V10 shakes when accelerating

I have a '01 V10 that shakes and looses power as if it where in High Gear when starting to accelerate. Seems to happen more often when cold but has also done it after engine has been running.

After I turn the ignition off and back on it then runs fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

Check the connections for the ignition. (two modules, etc.) and make sure the coil packs are seated on them well. (if they are separate from the module....)

If all the plugs and ignition is working good, another thing to consider is a bad fuel injector. I had a similar problem with a different truck. Actually thought the tranny was slipping at first. Turns out a fuel injector was going bad and would not operate at odd times. initially only when cold but worsened so it would drop out while driving too. May be part or a whole of the problem as well, causes a shaking because the cylinder was missing and was loosing power.
