Sorry forgot to mention it is a squeal. Thinking it maybe just a seal?
When I first ran it. It didn't make any noise till I got above 20mph. Then after a couple of min it did it with out putting foot on throttle.

Is it a constant noise, that gets louder with speed? Or is it a two-tone squeak? Er Ee, Er Ee.

Yeah, I know.....

LOL kinda hard to explain.
its not lasting as long anymore as it did the very first time i heard it.
wife just described it like when your breaks are getting low and they squeal.
not that high or constant.
i guess it may sound like that. your description.
now it only does it for about 1 mile and thats it.

The two-tone squeak would be u-joints. If it is a constant noise, that changes with vehicle speed, that *might* be a bearing......

Sooo. What it could be is that the u joints in the yoke are going bad and creating the noise and vibrating to the yoke joint, to make it sound like it's coming from the transfer case seal/bearing?

It does it when there is tension on the drive.
didn't get a chance to run it yesterday.
