Default Upgrading stock rims/tires

After hours of searching, I can't find out the answer to my question....

I have a 98 1500 club cab 4WD with oem 16 in rims.

I'd like to go to 17" x 8 rims. I am looking at rims that claim 20mm offset and 5.31" back spacing. Will this have any problem rubbing with a 265/70/R17 tire with outside diameter of 31.6 inches?

My suspension is all stock...

Yes, you want less backspacing. 4.5 inch would be better.
