Default 37s & leveling kit?

Ok so 99 Cummins 2500 long bed Club Cab, its got 33's right now. On my 95 1500 gasser I was able to roll 35.1350.15s with only a leveling kit I then added a 3"body lift.I do body work for a living and a fella is paying me in a set of 22's with 37's.
My question is can I get by with a 2.5 leveling kit from hell bent steel? I have to figure out how to modify the intercooler pipes to make a body lift fit.I no a lot of guys are against body lifts but they have always proven good to me and it frees up a lot of room in the engine bay.I already removed the plastic inner fender wells so can I do this!

Cool. Give it a shot. See what happens. May need to do a bit of clearancing around the fender openings..... but, that would be about it.

Dexter clearance you get in the engine bay makes it worth it, this truck is going to be my keeper trucks cost too damn much. I just had a superduty crew cab dually I sold it instead of fixing it and I really wish I would have kept it for all of that extra room. So to make up for it I'm getting everything I want for this truck. It does have the 53 block but it starts first time drives like a Cadillac, I'm putting money aside or motorcycle something that I get on trade and if this motor or tranny ever goes it'll be getting replaced.
