Default lifters valley

There are two holes above an behind the timing chain that appear to be for oil? An on my old block the holes are exactly the same size but my new block the holes are two different sizes will that affect how the lifters get oil? Or affect how the oil gets returned

Lifters get oil thru pressurized gallerys. The holes are just basically drains for the valley, and it runs down the timing chain/gears. No worries.
