It's an option for that truck. Check your build sheet or jack up the rear of your truck, put the trans in neutral and turn one real wheel in the forward direction. If the wheel on the other side turns in the same direction, you have a posi rear.

 

should say under the hood of your truck or in the glove box of the truck. should be code dsa and chrysler called it anti-spin differential. or you could take your vin and email it to chrysler and theyll email you the build sheet.
