Default What size lift is needed to fit 37's please help

Hi guys I just bought this 96 Ram 2500 V10 it has a lift on it not sure what size. I can see it has a decant size spacer in the front and a extra leaf and block in the rear. The truck is on 285's right now and there super small. I found a 22 37x13.5 for super cheap. I also just ordered a 3in body lift. Is there anyway these will fit?

Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the link looks like its kinda hit and miss I see people with 8in lifts saying they rub then ppl with 6 saying there fine. Plus i'm unsure of the lift that's on the truck right now but I think its a 3in. I just ordered a 3in body as well.

Heck, if you go 3" body lift on top of what you got, looks like you could fit some 44" superswampers!! lol

A 22 in rim will not be as wide as 37s on a 16in rim.

22in rim (shudders)
