Driveshaft? What's wrong with the one(s) you have?
Driveshaft may just need to get extended. Doesn't need to be upgraded as it's pretty stout as it is.

As for the trackbar, ideal is a dual adjustable one and with the 3rd gen conversion bracket as mentioned. The dual adjustable means you don't have to actually remove one end to turn it out. Real pain in the boooty, but ones like Thuren (below) are good.

i have that same lift with 33 inch tires on 16x10 wheels with -25 offset and 4.5 backspacing. no rub and plenty of space for when these tires are done to fit 35 inch tires.
hope this helps.
also, does you sway bar end links bind up against the axle housing with the drop brackets?

I haven't noticed any issues with the sway bar. The paper work for my wheels say 5x5.5/5.5 17" +20 so I wonder if the back spacing is too much

Does it rub on hard corners?

Yea, rubs when it's fully cranked to the right, so when I'm pulling in or out of a parking spot. Sometimes if I hit a bump while turning right if it's a sharp enough turn

Check and see that the front axle is actually centered under the truck first. If that looks good, then wheels with less backspacing is probably what you are going to want.

I'm thinking he will need more backspacing and not less. less will bring the wheel in farther, you could use more back spacing to push the wheel out more from the hub.

If you have 5.5 back spacing find a set of .5 spacers or 1 inch spacers ( I don't like running them ) but to test. that will bring you to 5 inch back or 4.5 inch spacing and you might be good, but remember the lugs are only so long with spacers you should install longer studs or get the correct wheel back spacing

On their site they recommend 16x8 wheels with 4" back spacing. If I have 5.5 shouldn't I be farther away from the bar as the recommended? Or does the 5.5 bring me in closer the the 4" would?

Backspacing is the distance from the wheel mounting surface, to the inside edge of the tire mounting surface. Increasing backspacing (larger number) tucks the wheels further into the fender. Less backspacing (smaller number) moves the wheels/tires out. I think the 16x8x4 might be a tad TOO much further out though....... Stock is 4.5. If there is a discount tire, or something similar near you, ask if they can test fit your tires on a couple different rims, to make sure you don't get rub.
