You need to replace the radiator or if you want to cheap out on it buy an external radiator cooler put plugs in the fittings where the lines connect at and run it that way. You still need to flush your tranny and replace the filter.

I already got a new radiator but i was thinking since i saw the o ring that keeps the water out of the transmission fluid tank was seated wrong and had a crease in it that it might be the problem. The radiator is less than 2 years old and i bought it from NAPA and it has a guarantee i though i might have found the issue. I will never cheap out on a repair that could cost more in the long run. But that bypass was the first thing that was ever mentioned to me. I figure the tank is there for a reason and my transmission is kind of important .Ha . Anyway thanks for the words of advice. i'll let you know if Napa honors the guarantee.

Water and transmission clutches aren't a good mix. I'd plan on it not hanging in there much longer.

Typically the transmission cooler is a coil of tube in the radiator tank. There will be seals to keep the coolant IN the radiator, and trans fluid in the pipe.

I would disconnect the trans cooler lines from the radiator, let them drain out, and then pressure test the radiator. If coolant pours out the cooler fittings, there's a leak internally. Replace it.

Default Water logged tranny.

Well Gentlemen I think she's toast. I finally had a chance to pull the pan and found metal shavings, water&tranny fluid mixture, unidentified pieces of steel, and a bunch of soot. Looks like clutch powder. Would someone tell me what these pieces are?

You need a press to compress the od spring so you can remove/install a new one. You can just pull of the od unit off the back of the trans so you don't need to remove the whole thing.
