Default Height of different springs

Hey all, doing a bit of work on my truck, which is a 95 V6 2wd, and I've got a couple questions.

First, I believe there's a height difference between 1500 V8 springs and 2500 diesel springs. Does anyone know that height difference and if these springs are interchangeable?

Second, I'm curious if there is a height difference between V6 springs and V8 springs and also how much.

Hopefully someone knows a bit about this topic.

Cheers.

Spring swapping for a little bit of lift is actually quite common on these trucks. If you grab springs from a 2wd truck, they should just drop right in. Keep in mind though, that going from a v-6 spring, to a diesel spring will indeed give you 2-3"s of lift, but, it will also ride MUCH stiffer.

Perfect, that's exactly what I needed to know.
Appreciate it.
