tie rod/ drag link trouble
I am new to this site, i have been visiting it for about a month and it has been very helpful so far, so i decided to create an account today becuase i have a problem i havent seen answered yet. Can anyone please tell me why the grease fitting on my inner tie rod would be rubbingagainst the chasis.
I don't think they came with greasable joints from the factory..... but, I could be mistaken there. Is the steering tight? Or do you have some slop? Going to move this to the second gen ram section for ya.

Do you know why the wheel is wobbling? And is it the driver's side that is hitting? I would say either something is bent or someone installed the tie rod ends backwards, usually the inner will have a grease fitting the shoots straight out the end, like opposite the threads of the tie rod.

Well apparently i was drunk as hell and was doing about 90 and slammed on the brakes. I replaced the tie rods on the driver side and well what do you know the wobbling almost stopped, but now one of my tires has a flat spot in it and now it is bouncing a little. Time for new tires! Thanks to Dr. Light, Bud Light that is.
