[sm=WTFsgign.gif] Never heard of that...

One thing could be that the exhaust is put together wrong or messed up by mistake....umm check the airbox to make sure it is on.
What size are the wheels and tires, also is it 2wd 4wd? extended cab? reg cab?

Are your 2.5" exhaust machine bent or mandrel bent because if they are machine bent than there are areas that will be less than the 2.5" and you won't have to make anything smaller in that area to try and get your power back through the exhaust anyhow.

Death flash is a factory reprogram of the truck's pcm. The end result of the reprogram was less power from your engine among other things. It is easy to check and see if it has been done to your computer. There should be a sticker over the original sticker on the computer stating something about a reprogram being performed. It was done to my truck before I bought it. I will post a picture of what to look for if you are interested. All that being said, I have heard good things about power programmers like Hypertech and Superchips helping out trucks with the death flash.

The death flash, as it was explained to me, was used to take timing out of the engine to help reduce detonation (pinging). Results: less pinging and less power. I can't wait to get my programmer to help get rid of the death flash, hopefully.

I would think you should have way more power then that. I can stomp mine to the floor while I am moving at about 20mph and it will flat light up my rear tires. Believe me they are bald now(Again)! 360, auto with 3:55 gears and 265x75x16's. The only modes I have are CAI and Single factory cat, going into dual 2 1/4 tails, no muffler. Oh its a 1997 Sport. So I would say something is deffinatly bogging you down somewhere.
