Default crank but no start

Please bare with me as this post may be slightly lengthy. But basically here's the jist of what's going on:

Crank but no start
No spark
No fuel pressure (a little just drizzles out of the schrader valve)

I do have constant power to ASD relay and Fuel system relay
I also do have power to both of those relays with key on

I have replaced the spark plugs and the Crankshaft Position Sensor
I have checked relays by swapping them all around and swapping them from another vehicle. No change in anything.

Here's a little back story:
5 years ago my brother was driving this truck, it had always had a small exhaust leak so it was sort of loud. he said one day he went to drive it and when he started it, it was quiet, like the exhaust leak magically fixed itself. He also said he had a large lack of power and a "misfire like thing" (his words). he said it acted like his last car did when the catalytic convertor got smashed. At the time it was my dads truck and I wasnt allowed to touch it. So I never did any diagnosis or even looked at it. Apparently my dad dad had no idea what he was doing and he kept trying to start it by using starter fluid (NO idea why) and he managed to get it to run once, and it ran like total ****. He gave up and rolled it into the garage. It sat until this week when He told me "If you get that piece of **** running you can have it to tow your jeeps, I want it out of my garage". Challenge accepted.
I already knew the cat was clogged, so first thing I did was chopped it off. I then started poking around under the hood and researching and using prior past experience with my jeep I concluded that maybe the Crankshaft position sensor was bad. SO I bought one and threw her in and same thing. I pulled out the plugs and they were totally covered in carbon, Im assuming from the clogged cat. I thought maybe this was my no spark problem, so I bought new plugs, and still no spark.

I need suggestions guys!
Edit: I'm not sure but I don't think I am getting power to my fuel injectors either. I unplugged one and stuck the prongs to my multimeter in the harness side connector and turned on key and there was nothing. Do they have constant power or do they only have the voltage pulse when cranking?

If you have no pressure at the rail, loOK at the fuel pressure regulator or sending unit. Check your electrical grounds at the pump. Just start at 1 problem and run it back to the basics. Try smacking the bottom of the tank with a rubber mallet while someone try to start it up. There is no in line fuel filter it's only in tank. I had similar problems with my s 10 blazer years ago which were notorious for the pumps burning up. Sounds like it could be your issue as well.

As far as no spark, start simple : cap, rotor, coil, wires. check grounds again. Could even be a weak connection on the starter or alternator. You may have to clean up the terminals.
Good luck

Yep, one problem at a time. Pick one, troubleshoot from there.

Keep in mind, the coil, and fuel injectors only have power for about 3 seconds if the PCM doesn't see engine turning.

Does your fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on?

First off what truck are we talking about here? Year? I cant believe no one mentioned codes! First thing to do is see if you have any codes. If you supplied the year we would know if you can do the key dance or not to get them.

My bad, I swore I put in the original post that it is a 98 5.2l.
There are no check engine light. There may have been at one time, but it had the battery removed for the last few years, so everything got completely reset. I tried the key trick and no codes. I hooked a scan tool to it, no codes.
I hear no fuel pump when I turn on the key. My next thing on the list is to hook an external power source to the fuel pump and see if it comes on to determine whether the pump is bad or if something is preventing the pump from coming on.
I checked for spark at the coil and there is no spark there either. Can someone tell me if/how i can use my multimeter to check the coil? I should be able to check its resistance right?

Key dance only works on 94-97. Does the check engine light come on when you first turn on the key? I'm trying to see it the pcm has power or not. Check all the fuses in the engine compartment and in the dash. See if you can hear the relays click on. The fuel pump will only stay on to prime the system then shut off until it starts. You can just bypass it and use a jumper but you need to know the terminals to see if it comes on. You need power coming out of the asd relay also or no power will be at the coil, injectors or 02's.

All of the lights on my dash light up normally and then go away after a few seconds. My ABS and airbag lights stay on while the key is in the on position.
Ive checked every fuse in the truck, under the hood and inside the cab, multiple times, and Ive swapped relays around and nothing changes. I am not sure exactly but I dont hear much relay clicking, but its hard to tell because the buzzing in the cab is very loud lol. The ASD relay should click on when the key is turned on, correct? As should the fuel pump (or is it called fuel system in this truck?) relay, and starter relay too? Im not hearing enough noise for all these relays to be activating.

You can always lift off neg terminal off battery and leave the key in the Run position with the doors shut. pump is VERY distinct sounding over the drivers rear tire, can't hardly be mistaken for something else, or not sure if you hear it. At least on mine, if it's working you can hear the whine..even over the ignition buzz.

Reconnect neg terminal with relays exposed and you can hear them clicking.

No idea how harmful this can be to your ecm.
