so i think im ready for the tuner. Ive done the plenum, water pump, 180 stat, headers, dual exhaust, performance cat, and a cold air intake. Is their anything ill need? i'm thinking about running it on the 91 tune, but who knows.

Tuner is pretty much standalone. It will bring out the most in your mods though.

So long as all the maintenance is up to date, you are ready.

None. At least, not on this truck. There is a thread in the faq/diy section with dyno runs of the various tunes. (and a few other bolt-ons as well.) Have a look at that.

Unless my understanding of it is completely wrong, you're really like not gonna adjust for tire size via the PCM on a '97. You have to swap out the speedo drive gear.
