Let's see pics of the engine bay. Preferably with good lighting.

Theres the pic you wanted.

I think I solved the misfire issue. Well the original one. It's acting as if the o2 sensors are bad.

A member on here had a thing against yellow coils awhile back. I quote " if you have a yellow (Accel) coil take it out and throw it as far away as you can" That would'nt cause a specific cylinder misfire though.
Does it run good at first start up before the 02 sensors get into the mix?
Good looking wires.

If you plan on keeping the Accell coil just make sure you bring another with you. I had one and it left me stranded on the side of the road! It was only about two years old. I have heard similar stories about other brands. I put the oem back on and have a back up with me just in case.

Hey smart guy, that is only the even side. Where is the odd side, where your thread title is referring to the misfire cylinder #5?

In that picture, the wires going to 2 and 4 are not perpindicular enough to ENSURE cross talk. We don't care how good the wires "claim" to be...follow the TSB as was mentioned previously to eliminate cross talk as a contributor to the misfire.

Moreover, now we don't know what your setup was with the misfire. Is this the wire setup/routing/coil as shown that existed when the misfire was occurring? If it's not, then people have been wasting their time giving you feedback because your changes to the system are disconnected with your updates.

Ya I heard that just wanted to see for myself, I'm don't like trusting rumors all the time. But ya I have a backup. I have all the wires on both sides spaced the same as that side but I'll get another pic up if that helps.

I let it run for a while yesterday just to see what it would do, it runs well on startup then after maybe a minute or 30 seconds it starts to get rougher as it runs to the point it will start to stumble.

Disconnect the pre-cat O2 sensor. Drive the truck. See if the miss goes away.
