Had a similar issue with my truck. At 65 I would get a bad vibration around the whole truck seemed worse when I let off the gas and coasted. Took it in and had the tires balanced and rotated seemed to fix my issue. Only other thing I could think of would be out of besides what has already been stated would be a out of balance drive line. My brothers 06 durmax had those symptoms when his drive line went out.

Replace the shock absorbers. You'll probably find one or both of them is stone dead.

Has anyone tried the rock *Solid' Ram Truck Steering? It's a piece of plastic that replaces the spring loaded bearing on the steering column.

Yes, multiple folks on here have, it solves the *clunk* when turning on the dodge trucks. Gotta pay attention to the install instructions though.

The truck doesn't have a noise but the spring does have play side to side not alot though. The steering wheel has alot of play when the motor is of.

Need to inspect everything then, from the column, all the way out to the wheels/tires. Having a friend help makes life a lot easier.

I tightened up the worm gear on the steering box and the steering is tighter. I'm not afraid to drive it on the interstate anymore. I might tighten it a little more.

Next on my list is the plenum gasket replacement with the hughesengine belly pan replacement. http://www.hughesengines.com/Index/products.php?browse=category&level0=Qi0gU21hbGwgQm xvY2sgRG9kZ2UgTWFnbnVt&partid=27091

Do timing chain and gears, and water pump the same time you do the intake.
