I was going to get that one , but decided to go with the volant set-up. Same cold air intake except with an aditional intake tube that runs up front next to rad.

True cold air, and flows way more air than needed. Best of both worlds.

 

Here is my cold air/ram air intake (not installed yet).

 

Moparite, who makes that particular hood? Also, is it fiberglass, steel or a combo?

Forget the name of the manufacture, They make a lot of (fiberglass) mopar stuff. I bought this shortly after i got my first 96(about 15 years ago). There was an optional true ram air set up that came with the base that goes on the throttle body that utilizes the oem style air filter. I know they still make the hood but not sure about the ram air set up.
