Is this a year you just turn key on and off 3 times to get codes

21 O2 shorted, or not switching. If its original, replace it, reset PCM, drive it. See if anything improves.

So will this cause a lack of power? Or maybe I should say no power. I just feel that being how bad this is I should be going further in investigating but I guess replacing and driving it just a little won't hurt nothing. Maybe pull #8 plug like I read somewhere and see how bad that looks for a possible clogged converter.

Lots of little things can add up. Pulling #8 is a good idea, as well as a few others. Plugs will tell you alot about how its running.

Seriously, try removing the front o2 sensor and see if performance improves. If not, then you at least rule out a clogged cat as the culprit.

Oh im doing all these things. Im not questioning anyones opinions or advice. Just trying to have a game plan and in what order for this weekend as I'm gonna be living on,under, and around this truck

Gotcha. The first and easiest would be to inspect the plenum as stated in that thread. Everything could be the result of a blown plenum gasket.

i cant see down the throttle body good enough. Gonna have to get a mirror or take the TB off
