Look toward the back of the intake, generally need to pull the throttle body to get a good look..... With almost 200K miles on it, it almost has to be blown. (unless someone else has been in there before.)

Definitely time for new O2 sensor. Stick with NTK, or Denso, don't bother with Bosch, our trucks don't seem to like them very much.

I am averaging 14.25 mpg over the last 20 tanks. The truck runs like crap but still getsa me where I need to go for now. I am getting ready to park it for some much needed TLC. Hoping I can squeeze a little better out of her after I make her happy again. LOL.

im only getting 9 - 9.5 max. When i do go on the hwy i cruise at 60 - 62mph. I have hughes air gap and AEM cold air filter, 37" BFG ats and 4.56s. Ive owned this truck for 9 years now and its always been around the same MPG.
