Default Help me with my brakes

Previous owner replaced pads and rotors. When i got the truck after he replaced the pads and rotors the brakes were spongy.
ive tried bleeding the brakes and there still spongy.
noticed today that the what looks like the Combination Valve or Brake Proportional Valve is leaking whenever the brake pedal is applied.
I posted an attachment picture that shows the part that im talking about (far right side of picture, green square paper) thats the part that is leaking. how do i reset it? Can i reset it? If so how? the rubber top is missing, and its leaking.
Im clueless, please help and thank you in advance im stumped!

Where is it leaking? If it isn't where a line goes in, replacement is going to be your only option.

I don't have a Dodge truck anymore, so i can't go out and look at it. But that looks like the metering valve. If it takes a 3/4 inch socket/wrench, hase a little pintle and spring underneath, you can just grab one of a similar truck (disc front and drum rear). You won't loose any brake fluid.

its leaking from the top rod. whenever the pedal is pressed the rod comes up and sprays some brake fluid. Looks like it might be sucking in air.
