Just swap the cab and bed on a 4X4 frame. Just make sure it's the same year and body configuration.

Could always do a compleltly custom job. Make your own four link setup. Or even find a leaf spring axle lol. Run a divorced T case. Might as well swap a built SBC In there while you're at it.
