98 Ram Blower Motor Wiring

98 Ram Blower Motor Wiring
On the original blower motor, it had two black wires coming from it. Replacement has a black and red. Can anyone tell me which color match to other plug which has a green and black? Thank you for your help!!

It doesn't have a connector on the end of it??
Turn your ignition on, on the truck side of the wiring, see which wire has 12 volts on it, that one should go to the red lead from the blower motor.
